Blount County Fire Protection District

  PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Commissioners of The Blount County Fire Protection District (the “District”) will meet in open and public session at the District’s office (808 W Lamar Alexander Parkway, Maryville TN 37801) at 6 p.m., on July 21, 2026, for the purpose of considering all matters as may be properly presented to it, including the consideration of a resolution authorizing the issuance of a $602,000 Revenue Note, the proceeds of which will be used to finance the purchase of air packs, cylinders and related accessories for the District.   Any person wanting to provide public comment at the meeting shall express their desire to do so by contacting the District’s office directly at 865-983-2133 prior to the meeting date.
